A Fitness Vacation
Stefanie DiLibero, an LDC Member, is hosting a Fitness & Yoga retreat in Costa Rica, in collaboration with Ariane Hundt of the Brooklyn Bridge Bootcamp on the Caribbean coast: 7 days of beach bootcamp fitness classes, sunset yoga for all levels, beach running clinics, surfing, ziplining, chocolate making, snorkeling, waterfall hiking, fat burning nutrition workshop and group acupuncture, bicycle trips to deserted beaches, and more. Come back fit, tan, strong, stress-free and happy. Do as little or as much as you would like, it's your vacation. Probably the only retreat involving yoga where it's ok to have a glass of wine with your steak dinner :)
